Client Strategy

The First Call

I'm the person clients call before they panic. First conversation to renewal, I own it, price it, and don't disappear when it gets hard. This is the relationship, everything else is downstream of it.

Execution

Strategy Documentation

Meta Ads and Google Ads performance turned into a strategy document someone can actually execute from, not a 40-tab spreadsheet nobody reopens. If it's not written clearly enough to hand to a teammate or a freelancer, it isn't a strategy yet.

Operations

Projects & People

Jira and Confluence sprints that actually land on schedule, and a delivery bench (3 in-house specialists, 10–20+ freelancers) sourced, briefed, and coached to think like consultants, not order-takers.

Workflow

AI, Actually Used

Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Notion AI, and Zapier/Make, folded into the boring parts of the job so the smart parts get more of my time. Not a LinkedIn post. A habit.

Mehak juggling laptop, coffee, and a task list

Technology supporting the strategy, not replacing it.

Advertising & Analytics

Campaign execution and measurement.

Google Ads ChatGPT Ads Meta Ads Manager GA4 Looker Studio SEMrush Google Tag Manager

Content & CRM

Publishing, email, and client-facing platforms.

HubSpot Mailchimp WordPress Shopify Webflow Canva Apollo Clay Lemlist Hootsuite Loom

Delivery & Collaboration

Keeping cross-border teams and sprints on track.

Jira Confluence Notion Google Drive

AI-Assisted Workflow

Used for the boring parts, so strategy gets more attention.

The track record behind the pitch.

  • 1.5+ years, one flagship client

Scope has only grown since day one, never shrunk.

  • 3 in-house + 10–20 freelancers

Built and now direct the full delivery bench.

  • Client work shapes the product

Real marketing problems feed into an in-house SaaS CMS roadmap.

  • ~10 years in positioning

Advised new launches and decades-old institutions alike, before "digital marketing" was a job title.

  • End-to-end client ownership

First call through pricing, scope, and renewal, across India and Europe.

Let’s Talk

Ideas I didn't invent, but use every day.

01 Donald Miller · StoryBrand

Message Clarity First

One sentence, or it's not a strategy yet.

02 Donald Miller · PEACE

Problem to Campaign, Fast

One message, reshaped for every channel.

03 Daniel Priestley · Oversubscribed

Demand Before Promotion

Positioning first. Content volume later.

Delivery Discipline

No reporting, no strategy.

I don't believe in marketing funnels.

Here's what I build instead.

? ? ? ? ? ? YOUR BUSINESS

Every entry point is a secret right now. Ask me why, and I'll show you what's actually behind each one.

Ask Me Why

Marketing shouldn't feel like homework.

AI content is dead. Good copy just got rarer.

0 of sampled web text is now AI-generated or AI-translated in some form.
0 of newly published web pages contain AI-generated content of some kind.
0 average organic traffic drop for companies that went fully AI on content within 12 months.
0 rise in "content writer" job postings even as AI adoption went mainstream.

Everyone's shipping more AI content, trained on the same aggressive, over-claiming copy. And readers, and Google, are already fast at spotting it. AI content as a standalone strategy is already dead. What's left standing is the strategy behind it, and the writing that carries it.

Sources: Ahrefs content-origin analysis; 2026 industry reporting on AI-first content strategies; LinkedIn hiring data, 2024–2026.

My read: AI didn't kill copywriters. It killed content with no point of view behind it. That's not the seat I'm giving up, and it's not the seat I hire for either.

What I'm saying on LinkedIn.

Follow on LinkedIn

Marketing advice, without the performance.

Client psychology. What's actually working. The AI shortcuts I've stolen fair and square. No fluff, no performance.

Let's talk about the role.

Open to senior marketing roles, India or international, remote-first. If you want strategy and execution from the same person, and don't mind a little personality in your inbox, let's talk.
